Injury Liability Waiver

1. Nature of Work

Contractor will perform the work described above on Owner's property located at the property address provided above. Contractor enters onto the property solely to perform that work.

2. Acknowledgment of Risk

Contractor acknowledges that performing work on Owner's property involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of bodily injury, property damage, and other hazards. Contractor voluntarily enters onto Owner's property and assumes full responsibility for the risks involved.

3. Assumption of Risk

Contractor assumes all risks associated with the work, including any injury to Contractor or Contractor's employees, subcontractors, or agents. Contractor agrees that Owner is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained while on Owner's property or in connection with the work.

4. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contractor releases, waives, and discharges Owner, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage sustained by Contractor while on Owner's property or in connection with the work, including any injury caused by the ordinary negligence of Owner, except for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Independent Contractor

Contractor is an independent contractor and is not an employee, agent, or representative of Owner. Contractor is solely responsible for the means, methods, and safety of performing the work.

6. Insurance

Contractor represents that Contractor carries adequate insurance, including workers' compensation and general liability coverage as required by law, and will maintain such coverage for the duration of the work. Contractor is solely responsible for any injury to Contractor or Contractor's personnel and will not look to Owner for compensation.

7. Indemnification

Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owner from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of Contractor's work on the property or any injury to Contractor or Contractor's personnel.

8. Governing Law

This Waiver is governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas.

9. Entire Agreement

This Waiver constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding liability and supersedes any prior agreements. No modification is valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.
